We at Lasting Memories personally understand how difficult the loss of a loved one can be. This time of grief can also be a time for families to honour and celebrate precious memories of a loved one who has passed away.

During the loss of our family member, we sought comfort in creating a beautiful memorial video as a tribute to them. Watching the video and sharing it with others, allowed us to celebrate many beautiful memories about our loved one.

What We Offer

We provide two types of video packages customized to suit your needs.

Package #1: A professionally themed, movie quality memorial video with one of the styles below (45 pictures maximum)

Package #2: This package includes everything in Package #1 plus an extended photo slide show to compliment the video (100 picture maximum. Music and text not included).

Memorial Video Styles
Reflections Style

Look into the reflective surface of life with this style. This style includes reflective pictures, an accompanying timeline, music and text.
Among the Stars Style

Look above into the night sky to find your loved ones with this style. This style includes pictures that blend into a star-filled sky background and gently passing clouds in the foreground. Music and text are also included.
Flowers and Frames Style

Picture your loved ones in nature with this style. This style includes framed pictures placed in an outdoor scene of flowers, trees and bushes. Music and text are also included.
Memories on Canvas Style

Paint the memories of your loved ones with this style. This style includes pictures that are dynamically "painted" in black and white, and then turn colour. Music and text are also included.
Journal Style

Turn the pages of time of your loved ones with this style. This style includes gently falling pictures onto the pages of a journal book. Upbeat music and text are also included.

What You Choose

You choose the content of the video including:

  • Pictures
  • Descriptive text messages about your loved one and/or the context of a picture
  • Any other printed images such as newspaper clippings or hand drawings
  • Background music (subject to availability and copyright restrictions)
  • Short home movie clips New!

What You Receive

Videos for packages #1 and #2 are yours to keep and share with family and friends. We provide you with a link to the video, or the video can be saved on a memory stick.
